RETURNS POLICY

The below Shipping and Return policy is provided by Pet Life LLC (Herein "Pet Life") and detailed below for all redirected customer orders purchased on our main retail site (www.PetLifeCentral.com). Our manufacture direct website can be accessed by [clicking here].

RETURN POLICY:

Defective Products or Item not Received as described:

If your item you received has any manufacturer defects or if the item received is not as described and you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received due to such issue, you can return them for either a refund, credit or exchange. We will pay for your return shipping hassle free and issue you a return label. We're all about keeping you happy as a customer through our exceptional customer service. You can send us an email at support@petlifecentral.com or through our contact us page by [Clicking Here]. Simply provide us with your order number and we'll either issue you a return label, a credit or an exchange.

 

Non Defective Products / General Wear and Tear:

For any Non-Manufacturer defects or defects caused to products by general wear and tear, we will still accept your return or exchange covered under our 1-year warranty guarantee, this warranty is ONLY for manufacturer direct purchases submitted on www.shop.petlifecentral.com, for any outside purchases not submitted on our Manufacturer Direct website, such purchases are solely by and between the seller and the purchaser. Pet Life can only issue a refund or an exchange once the item returned is received at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Pet Life does not take title to the refunded item.

 

Purchases made on any outside 3rd party retail presence or website:

Any Purchases submitted outside of our Manufacturer Direct website is by and between the seller and the purchaser. If you purchased a product from an outside physical retailer or outside online retailer we do not offer 1-year warranties unless purchased Manufacturer Direct. However, you may visit our direct main Corporate Site (www.petlifecentral.com) and visit our contact page there for any outside defective issues. Our customer Service Team pertaining to our shop.petlifecentral.com website only handles inquiries and matters relating to purchases made on shop.petlifecentral.com website.

 

Issuing Returns and Refunds

Simply send us an email at Support@petlifecentral.com or you may reach out to us on our Contact Us page by  [Clicking Here] with your order number and reason for your return and we will respond back to you within 24 Hours. Once we receive your email we will review your inquiry and issue you a return shipping label by email, simply print out the label and affix the shipping label to your return package. We may allow you to keep the product under certain circumstances and issue you a refund. If your product was purchased after your 1-year warranty from date of purchased expired we can no longer offer you a refund. Once we physically receive your return in our fulfillment warehouse we will automatically issue you a refund.  We ask that you not send back any returned order without our initial approval.

 

Issuing Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted on all orders as long as product is in new condition and it is within 1 Year of the date of purchase. Once we receive your exchanged item, we will automatically ship out your exchanged item.

Time it takes to have your order shipped:

Every order we receive is shipping same day if received before 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for all orders received after 1:00 PM, your order still may ship same day, if not, your order will ship the following business day.

 

Shipping Methods:

Orders are shipped by UPS and / or USPS based on the selection of the service you select at checkout. From time to time we do provide Free Shipping promotional offers, any such orders we receive will ship at the above mentioned time frame however the shipping service will be selected and determined by Pet Life  - whether shipped by UPS or USPS. In any rate you will be emailed your tracking number automatically following your order confirmation.

Item ordered, but never received:

If you ordered an item but you never received your order and the shipping courier or service provider claims the item has been delivered or signed for, or if your item has been lost in transit we recommend waiting 7 business days as UPS or USPS may either recover your package or your package may not have been scanned between destinations. Under any event you must contact the shipping service as we cannot provide any credits nor exchanges for packages that state the item has been delivered nor take responsibility for packages lost in transit.

My order was delivered late:

Pet Life rightfully so cannot guarantee the precise time it will take for you to receive your order, there are numerous reasons not under our control that may create such circumstances such as whether or the time it takes the courier to deliver your packages. Time's are based off of estimated delivery dates, the same for your expedited shipping options at checkout. However we will always ensure your package is shipped out in a timely manner and in accordance to the delivery method you select at checkout. We will always do our best and even contact the shipping service provider on your behalf, or your may track your package online. We will email you an automated update once your package is shipped and once your package is delivered.
